General
All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions as stipulated by Excellent Office Automation Ltd (hereinafter referred to as EOA Ltd), unless otherwise agreed in writing by EOA Ltd. -
Conditions of Sale
All sales are subject to EOA Ltd’s standard terms and conditions of sale. -
Customer Satisfaction
By reviewing these terms and conditions and raising no objections, the customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to all the terms. -
Pricing
4.1 EOA Ltd reserves the right to adjust product prices based on market conditions without prior notice.
4.2 EOA Ltd reserves the right to revise product prices online due to promotions or stock availability.
4.3 All product prices are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and shipping costs, which are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated as "included."
4.4 While EOA Ltd strives to provide accurate charge details, any additional customs duties required will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated as "included."
4.5 If overseas suppliers raise product prices, EOA Ltd reserves the right to revise the sales prices accordingly, unless otherwise stated as "included." -
Delivery
5.1 EOA Ltd will use reliable logistics providers and make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, EOA Ltd will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Once the goods are delivered, all associated risks are assumed by the customer.
5.3 Additional delivery charges will apply if items are to be sent to multiple addresses.
5.4 Shipping charges listed on the website are based on items weighing up to 1kg. Any package exceeding 1kg will incur additional charges borne by the customer. -
End Users
All products sold by EOA Ltd are highly compatible. Customers must evaluate the suitability of a product before purchase. EOA Ltd will not be liable for losses resulting from product incompatibility. -
Discrepancies
If a product received differs from the images or descriptions on the website, the customer must notify EOA Ltd via email and obtain approval. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. -
Damage, Storage, or Transit Loss
EOA Ltd is not responsible for any product damage or loss during transportation, except in the following cases:
8.1 The customer notifies EOA Ltd via email immediately after receiving the goods and related documents.
8.2 If the customer does not receive the goods within the estimated delivery period, they should promptly contact EOA Ltd. -
Defects
EOA Ltd is committed to providing high-quality products and will accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects. However, EOA Ltd will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from misuse by the customer. -
Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased products are legally permitted for use in their location. EOA Ltd will not be held liable for any penalties or violations imposed by local authorities. -
Product Limitations
Each product has a limited usage lifespan (e.g., buttons may have a maximum of 10,000 presses). Customers should inquire before purchasing if this is a concern. EOA Ltd will not accept any claims or be liable for losses arising from such limitations. -
Force Majeure
EOA Ltd will not be liable for delays or losses due to events beyond its control, such as fire, flood, explosion, riot, mutiny, civil unrest, war, rebellion, or government-imposed restrictions. -
Termination of Service
EOA Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally terminate any product sale agreement and notify the customer by email without bearing any resulting liability in the following cases:
13.1 Violation of any of the above terms; or
13.2 Failure to receive payment.
