Return and Exchange Policy

Application Period:
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:
a) Customers are eligible for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).
b) Returns/exchanges are not accepted if the product packaging or labels have been removed or damaged, the product has been used, or if the item was a promotional or discounted product.

Return and Exchange Procedure:
a) Customers must provide a receipt and the reason for return by emailing cs@excellent-oa.com.hk
b) Our company will process the refund or exchange within 14 days, depending on the specific situation.

Logistics Details for Returns and Exchanges:
a) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect delivery.
b) The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with labels intact.
c) For exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and handling fees, except in cases of incorrect delivery.
